Direct Recruitment (From among candidates belonging to Muslim Community only)

18-39, Only candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (Application received from candidate not belongs Muslim Community will be summarily rejected without further intimation.) Note:- The provisional hands working in the above concern will be given age relaxation to the extent of their provisional service put in subject to a maximum of Five years from the upper age limit provided they were within the prescribed age limit on the date of their first appointment in the above concern. But the regular employees of the concern are not eligible for the above concession for further appointment. The provisional hands should obtain a certificate showing the period of their provisional service in the concern and shall produce the same as and when required by the Commission. It would also be clearly specified in the certificate that they were not working in the regular service of the concern. (for other conditions regarding the age relaxations please see para 2(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (vi), (vii), (xii) & (xiv) of General conditions)

(I) Studied up to 10th Standard (II) Must possess Motor Vehicle Driving License of at least 3 years standing with endorsement for driving heavy good vehicles and drivers badge. (III) Proficiency in driving heavy duty vehicles to be proved in a practical test. (IV) Medical fitness. a) Ear- hearing should be perfect. b) Eye- Distant Vision 6/6 snellen Near Vision- 0.5 snellen, Colour Vision -Normal Night blindness- Nil c) Nervous System – Perfectly Normal. Free from all infections and diseases. d) Muscles and joints – no paralysis and all joint with free movements.

Note:- (i) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this Notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community but kept unfilled due to the paucity of Muslim candidates during the currency of the mother Ranked List published on 01.12.2022 (Cat. No. 153/2020) for the post. (ii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. Note: 1) Candidates should furnish the full details regarding the Driving Licence and experience in driving in the relevant column (qualifications) of the application form. 2) Candidates should possess current Motor driving license throughout in all the stages of selection process as on the last date of receipt of application, objective/written Test, Practical test, Interview etc. 3) A practical test including Ground Test T Test to assess the proficiency in driving will be conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Only those who qualify in the Ground Test T Test will be considered for Road Test. 4) Candidates should produce a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon and a Medical Certificate regarding the vision obtained from an ophthalmologist in Government Service (in the prescribed form) as and when called for by the Commission. Form of Medical Certificate are given below. Note:- Details regarding standards of vision should be clearly stated in the certificate, as given above and vague statements such as vision Normal etc. won't be accepted. Specification for each eye should be stated separately. Special attention should be directed to the distant vision. Required standard of vision are as follows. Note: 1) Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 2) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. 3) If the caste of a candidate is wrongly mentioned in the SSLC book, the candidate should claim their original caste in the application and should produce the community certificate / Non - Creamy layer certificate issued from the revenue authority concerned along with the Gazette Notification of the same at the time of certificate verification. 4) Appropriate penal actions as per Rules of Procedure 22, will be taken against those candidates, who give confirmation for writing examination after making false claim about their qualification and experience regardless of attending or not attending the examination. 8. Probation: The probation period is applicable as per the provisions of the Recruitment Rules of the Traco Cable Company Limited. 12. (a) Sub Paras v,viii,ix,x, xi and xiii in para 2 and Para5 of the General Conditions are not applicable to this post. (b) The selection to the above concern will be subject to the rules and regulations made by the firm from time to time. 13. Special Instructions for Candidates a) In the case of difference in Caste / Community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Non-creamy layer certificate / community certificate at the time of certificate verification. b) Candidates are required to acquaint themselves with the instruction given in the notification as part II, General conditions before submitting application for the post. Applications which are not submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the General conditions are liable to be rejected. c) Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc. and are liable to be disqualified for being considered for a particular post or debarment form applying to the Commission either permanently or for any period or the invalidation of their answer scripts or products in a written / practical test or the initiation of criminal or other proceedings against them or their removal or dismissal from office or the ordering of any other disciplinary action against them, if they have already been appointed, or any one or more of the above.
