Method of appointment
Direct Recruitment (From Muslim, Dheevara & Scheduled Caste communities only). Note: Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than Muslim, Dheevara & Scheduled Caste will be summarily rejected.
Age Limit
Muslim, Dheevara:- 18-49, Candidates should be born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) (including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions). Scheduled Caste : 18-50, Candidates should be born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) (including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions).
Qualifications
(a) Educational Qualifications 1. Pass in Standard X (10th) or its equivalent. 2. Not less than 3 (Three) years service experience in Army/Navy/Air Force. 3. Must possess current Driving Licence of Light Motor Vehicles. (b) Physical Standards: Candidates must possess the undernoted physical qualifications. 1. Height - 168 cms. 2. Chest - Ordinary - 81 cms, Expanded - 86 cms (Minimum 5 cms expansion). Note: Women and differently abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post.
Notes
1) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. 2) Provisional employees working in the same institution can claim upper age relaxation equal to the length of their provisional service, subject to a maximum of 5 years. Candidates who have regular service in the institution are not eligible for this benefit. Certificate showing the length of provisional service should be obtained and produced when called upon by the Commission. Certificate should state that they were not working in regular service. 3) Differently abled candidates and women are not eligible to apply.
