18 – 41 years. Candidates must be born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included). Relaxation in upper age limit up to 50 years is allowed for qualified candidates within the specified age limit, but in no case shall it exceed 50 years.

(1) SSLC or equivalent qualification. (2) Must possess the following physical qualifications: i) Height - 150 cm ii) Vision - Must possess the following standards of vision (without glasses) and a certificate from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon should be produced when required: Right Eye: 6/6 Snellen Left Eye: 6/6 Snellen Near Vision: 0.5 Snellen Must possess full field of vision for each eye. Colour blindness, squint, or any morbid conditions of the eye or lids of either eye will be considered as disqualification. iii) Must be free from knock-knee, flat foot, varicose veins, bow legs, deformed limbs, hare lip, decayed teeth, and speech or hearing defects. iv) Physical Efficiency Test: In addition to the above qualifications, each candidate must qualify in at least 5 out of the 8 items of the National Physical Efficiency Test as specified below: 1. 100 Meters Run - 17 seconds 2. High Jump - 1.06 meters 3. Long Jump - 3.05 meters 4. Shot Put (4 Kg) - 4.88 meters 5. 200 Meters Run - 36 seconds 6. Throw Ball - 14 meters 7. Shuttle Race (25 * 4 meters) - 26 seconds 8. Skipping (in one minute) - 80 times

Note: Male candidates are not eligible to apply for this post. Candidates belonging to communities other than Scheduled Caste will be rejected. Candidates must produce a medical certificate from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant in Government Service during the Physical Efficiency Test. Candidates must upload the physical measurement certificate in the prescribed format during the document verification process.
