18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1988 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities. (For other conditions regarding age relaxation please see Para 2 of Part II General Conditions of the Gazette notification.

B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognised University after undergoing regular course of study OR M.Sc in Computer Science from a recognised University after undergoing regular course of study OR First or Second class Master's Degree in Mathematics/ Physics/Chemistry/Statistics from a recognised University after undergoing regular course of study, with 'A' Level Certificate from DOE/PGDCA recognised by Government or University OR Master of Computer Application (MCA) Degree from a recognised University after undergoing a regular course of study OR First or Second class Bachelor's Degree in any branch of Engineering from a recognised University after undergoing regular course of study with 'A' Level Certificate from DOE/PGDCA recognised by Government or University.

Note:- 4% of the total vacancies reported shall be reserved for eligible Differently Abled candidates with disabilities as specified vide G.O.(P) No. 5/2023/SJD dated 01.01.2023. i) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable ii) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the Notification shall produce the relevant Government order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. iii) In the case of difference in original caste/ community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidates shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification. Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. If written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile. Candidates who have AADHAAR Card should add AADHAAR as ID Proof in their profile.
