20-36; Only candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities.(For other conditions regarding the age relaxation please see Part II Para 2 of the General Conditions.)
Qualifications
1) M.Sc (Nursing) or B.Sc Nursing (Basic or Post Basic) from a recognized University. 2) Certificate of Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse & Midwife in the case of women candidates or as Nurse in the case of male candidates.
Notes
Note : 1) Every person appointed as Nursing Tutor be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. 2) Every person appointed as Nursing Tutor shall during the period of probation, pass the Account test for Executive Officers (Kerala) or Account Test (Lower), if he/ she has not already passed the tests. Note : 1 Candidates who claim equivalent qualifications instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of Verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. 2 In the case of difference in original caste/community claimed in the application and that entered in S.S.L.C book, the candidates shall produce a Gazette Notification in this regard , along with Non Creamy layer Certificate/Community Certificate at the time of Certificate Verification. 3 Rule 10 a (ii) of part II KS & SSR is applicable.
