19-36, Candidates should be born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included). SC/ST and other backward communities are eligible for usual age relaxation. (See the second paragraph of the general conditions regarding other age relaxation rules.)

(1) Must have passed S.S.L.C. (2) Diploma in Drawing and Painting.

1) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 2) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification for the qualification prescribed in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification. 3) In the event of a candidate claiming caste/community different from that entered in the SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Non-Creamy Layer/Caste Certificate along with a Gazette Notification regarding the change of caste at the time of certificate verification. (a) Candidates must register as per 'One Time Registration' on the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging in to their profile using their User ID and password. Only 'Apply Now' button against the respective post should be clicked. The photograph uploaded must be one taken after 31/12/2011. The name of the candidate and the date of taking the photograph should be clearly printed at the bottom of the photograph. The uploaded photograph will be valid for 10 years from the date of upload. No other conditions regarding the photograph will be changed. No application fee is required. It is the responsibility of the candidate to keep the password confidential and ensure that personal details are correct. Before applying for each post, candidates must ensure that the details in their profile are correct. User ID should be mentioned in all correspondence with the Commission. Applications once submitted are treated as provisional. No changes or deletions can be made after submission. Candidates should take a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. Candidates can take a print out of the application by clicking on the 'My applications' link in their profile. Print out of the application should be submitted in correspondence with the Commission. Applications found to be contrary to the notification conditions at any stage of the selection process will be rejected unconditionally. Original documents to prove educational qualification, experience, caste, age, etc., should be produced when required by the Commission. (b) If a written/OMR/online test is conducted for this selection, candidates must submit their confirmation through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who submit confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket in the last 15 days before the exam date. Applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated time will be rejected unconditionally. Information regarding the dates for confirmation and availability of admission tickets will be published in the exam calendar for the respective exams. Notification regarding this will be provided in the candidate's profile and the registered mobile phone number. (c) Candidates who have submitted confirmation for the exam after making false claims regarding qualifications such as education, experience, etc., and then appear or do not appear for the exam will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action as per Rules of Procedure Rule 22. (d) Candidates with Aadhar card should provide Aadhar card as identity proof in their profile.
