Anticipated vacancies Note: Due to the non availability of Deaf or Hard Hearing DA candidates as per Section 34(2) of The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 in the previous rank list of this post, 1 vacancy is reserved for the above said DA category. The same will be filled from above said category from the ranked list of this notification. In the absence of above said DA category in the rank list as per this notification, the same will be advised from other eligible DA categories as per Section 34(2) of above said Act. In the absence of DA candidates, it will be advised from General Category.

19-41. Only candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities (For other conditions regarding the age relaxation please see part 2 of the General Conditions).

1. Pass in S.S.L.C 2. Diploma in Drawing and painting and proficiency in Photography.

Note: 1.Proficiency of the candidates in Photography will be assessed by a practical test conducted by the Public Service Commission at the time of selection. 2.In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 3. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a) (ii) is applicable. As per G.O.(P).No.05/2023/SJD Dated 01.10.2023, 4% of the vacancies are reserved for Differently Abled candidates. Differently Abled candidates with Blindness/Low vision are not earmarked for appointment to the 4% vacancy for the post as per above mentioned Government Order and hence they are not eligible to apply for this post. As per the above Government order, differently abled candidates identified for 4% reservation for the post with benchmark disability,should produce Disability Certificate, Physical & Functionality Certificate as stipulated in the said Government Order before the Kerala Public Service Commission as and when called for.
