21-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. Degree in Pharmacy of a recognized University.

1. Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 2. Persons appointed as Drugs Inspector shall be on training for six months from the date of joining service. 3. Probation with respect to the category of Drugs Inspector who are appointed by direct recruitment shall commence after successful completion of training. 4. Every person appointed as Drugs Inspector shall during the period of probation pass Account Test (Lower) or Account Test for Executive Officers, if he has not already passed the same.
