21-36. Candidates born between 02/01/1985 and 01/01/2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable to SC/ST and Other Backward Communities. (Subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years. See Part II of the Gazette Notification for other age relaxation conditions).

Degree in Ayurveda or Siddha or Unani from a recognized University. OR Degree in Pharmacy (Ayurveda) from a recognized University.

1. Candidates appointed to the post of Drugs Inspector (Ayurveda) shall undergo continuous training for 06 months from the date of joining. 2. Probation will commence only after the successful completion of training. 3. Candidates appointed to the post of Drugs Inspector (Ayurveda) must pass the Account Test (Lower) or Account Test for Executive Officers during the period of probation. This is not applicable to those who have already passed the said examination. 4. Candidates claiming reservation in caste/community must produce Non-Creamy Layer/Caste Certificate along with the relevant Gazette Notification regarding change of name, if any, at the time of certificate verification. 5. Equivalent qualifications will be considered only if the candidate produces a Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. 6. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a) (ii) is applicable. 7. Candidates must apply through 'One Time Registration' on the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in. 8. Candidates must ensure that the photo uploaded is taken after 31/12/2011 with the name and date of taking the photo clearly marked at the bottom. 9. No application fee. 10. Candidates must take a printout of the application from their profile for future correspondence. 11. Confirmation for written/OMR/online examination is mandatory. Only those who provide confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket. 12. Candidates providing false claims regarding qualifications or experience will face disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure, Rule 22. 13. Candidates with Aadhar card must provide it as identity proof in their profile.
