21-36. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation will be given to SC/ST and Other Backward Communities.

i) The vacancy mentioned is currently existing. The Ranked list prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new ranked list is published after one year, the current list will cease to exist. Recruitment will be made from the current list for the existing vacancies and any additional vacancies reported while the list is in force. ii) Any recommendation for appointment to the post mentioned above, if found to be incorrect later, will be cancelled by the Kerala Public Service Commission. If the appointment recommendation is cancelled, the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate. However, such termination must occur within the candidate's probation period or within 240 days of joining, whichever is completed first. - Candidates working provisionally in the said institution are eligible for age relaxation equal to the length of their provisional service, provided they were within the age limit at the time of their initial provisional appointment. This benefit is limited to a maximum of five years. This benefit is not available to those holding regular posts in the same institution. Candidates with provisional service must obtain a certificate showing the duration of service and produce it when required by the Commission. The certificate must specifically state that they were not holding a regular post. - K.S. & S.S.R Part II Rule 10(a) ii is applicable. - Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the government order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. - Candidates must claim the correct caste/community in the application. If it differs from the SSLC book, a Gazette notification regarding the name/caste change must be produced along with the Non-Creamy Layer/Caste certificate at the time of verification. - Candidates who make false claims regarding education, experience, etc., and fail to appear for the exam after providing confirmation, will face disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure 22. - Probation: Two years of probation within a continuous service of three years from the date of joining. - Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31/12/2011 with name and date of taking the photo clearly marked at the bottom. The photo is valid for 10 years. - No application fee. - Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application. - Candidates with Aadhar card must provide it as an identity document in their profile. - Confirmation for the exam is mandatory through the One Time Registration profile. Failure to provide confirmation will lead to rejection of the application.
