By Transfer Recruitment through KPSC from the employees ( Full Member/ Approved Probationer only) of the Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.

Upper Age limit is not applicable

Graduation in Agriculture of Kerala Agriculture University OR Equivalent Qualilfication (Four Years Agricultural Science Degree Course) . OR Graduation with Post Graduate Degree in Food Science and Technology / Quality Assurance from a UGC recognised University / National Institutes established by the Central Government or Institution established by Government of Kerala or equivalent.

(i) The above vacancies are now in existence. The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in pursuance to this Notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of One year and a maximum period of three years provided that the list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked List is published after the minimum period of one year . Candidates will be advised against the vacancy shown above and for all the vacancies reported during the period of pendency of the Ranked list. (ii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. (iii) The rules regarding the reservation of appointment contemplated in the Rule 14 to 17 of Part II of the Kerala State & Subordinate Rules ,1958 are not applicable to appointment By Transfer. (iv) Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. (v) “In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualification recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualification which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent / higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the commission.” (vi) The candidates who apply for By Transfer Recruitment shall produce a service certificate in original in the form prescribed below and the same shall be uploaded in their profile and the original shall be produced at the time of certificate verification.
