21-49, (Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post inclusive of age relaxation as given in Para 2(i) of the General Conditions).

1) M.D. (Radio Diagnosis) / D.N.B. (Radio Diagnosis) 2) Three years Teaching Experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. 3) Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore - Cochin Medical Council).

Note: 1. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 2. The period of training undergone by a candidate who has acquired Post Graduate Degree through Residency Program shall be treated as teaching experience for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor. Candidates who have acquired Post Graduate Degree without Residency Program should produce a certificate from the Principal of the college where they have studied, stating that they have obtained teaching/clinical experience during the post graduate degree course period. 3. D.N.B. qualification should be acquired from a Medical College recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. 4. Provisional Registration with any Medical Council will not be considered. 5. Candidates should ensure that they have included details of all qualification certificates including Permanent Registration of Travancore Cochin Medical Council in their profile before submitting application. 6. Persons appointed to this post shall, during the period of service (including training period) be liable to serve in the Defence Services or Armed Forces Special Operations in India or abroad, for a period of four years within the first ten years of their service. This condition is not applicable to those who have completed 45 years of age and to differently abled candidates. 7. The equivalency of qualifications for the post will be decided by the Government and Government orders in this regard will be produced at the time of verification. 8. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification should produce the Government Order to prove equivalency at the time of certificate verification, produzir the same when called for by the Commission.
