Method of appointment
Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Ex-Servicemen belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe only). Note:- Applications submitted by Ex-Servicemen who do not belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe communities will be summarily rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection of their applications will not be issued.
Age Limit
18 – 41. Candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including the period of military service up to 50 (Fifty) years). Note:- In no case the upper age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years (including all relaxations).
Qualifications
1. Pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification. 2. Must be an Ex-Serviceman.
Notes
1. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 2. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the Government Order proving equivalency at the time of Verification, failing which such qualification will not be treated as equivalent. 3. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification, experience etc., and give confirmation for writing the examination, irrespective of whether they attend or not after giving confirmation as per KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976 Rule 22.
