18 - 36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Communities.(For other conditions regarding age relaxations,see para (2 )Part II General Conditions of the Gazette Notification)

1. A pass in Plus Two or Equivalent OR 2. SSLC or equivalent and holds a National Trade Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training or its equivalent. (G.O (P) No.11/2018/CAD dated 26/09/2018)

(i) Due to the non availability of DA Low Vision candidates in the previous Ranked list of this post,1 (one) vacancy is kept unfilled, as per section 34(2) of the Rights of persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. The same will be filled up from the above DA Category from the Ranked List that will be published pursuant to this notification. If candidates are not available in the respective DA category, the vacancies will be filled up from other eligible DA categories as per section 34(2) of the above act. In the absence of DA categories, the vacancies will be filled up from General Category. (ii) The Ranked list published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies that may be reported to the Commission during the period of currency of the Ranked list. (iii) 4% of the total vacancies reported shall be reserved for eligible differently abled candidates with disabilities as specified vide G.O.(P)No.5/2023/SJD. dated 01.10.2023 Probation:- Every person appointed to the post shall from the date on which he joins duty be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a) (ii) is applicable 2. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules or qualifications found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.
