Age Limit
Scheduled Caste category: 18-41. Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). LC/AI category: 18-39. Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). (Including the relaxations as per Para 2 of the General Conditions)
Qualifications
(1) Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification. (2) Lower Grade Certificate in Malayalam Typewriting (KGTE). (3) Lower Grade Certificate in English Typewriting (KGTE) and Computer Word Processing or equivalent. (Certificates from IHRD will not be accepted). Note: Those who have passed KGTE Typewriting English (Lower) before January 2002 should possess separate certificate in Computer Word Processing or equivalent qualification before the last date prescribed for the receipt of application. (GO(MS)No.21/11/P&ARD dtd.01.07.11)
Notes
(i) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those notified will be summarily rejected. No individual memo will be issued to such candidates. (ii) Ranking list will be prepared in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published by the Commission shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above communities, remains unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the districts. (iii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be effected on a Revenue District basis. (iv) Soldiers/Ex-servicemen subject to rules and conditions in GO(P) No.36/91/P&ARD dated 02.12.1991 are eligible for inter-district transfer after 5 years of service. (v) Penalties for invalid applications and misrepresentation as per KPSC rules apply.
