Note:- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those included in this Notification will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.

18-39. ie., Candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years, please see para (2) of the General Conditions under Part II of this Notification (except para 2(i)).

1. General : Pass in Plus 2 with Science subjects or its equivalent examination from recognized institutions. 2. Technical : Diploma in Health Inspector Course conducted by Director of Health Services or by any other institution recognized by Government of Kerala. 3. Registration : Registration with Kerala Paramedical Council. Note:- Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.

(i) The above vacancies are now existing. Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for the above Districts in pursuance of this notification. The Ranked Lists thus prepared and published by the Commission shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above communities, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the following Districts. (ii) The candidates belonging to the above reservation communities shall submit application for the post to the concerned District where the vacancy is existing and shall note the name of that District against the relevant column of the online application. Application should not be sent to more than one district in response to this notification. If applications are sent contrary to the above direction, and if he/she is selected , his/her name will be removed from the ranked list and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her. (iii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another District unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O (MS) No.4/61/PD, dated 2.1.1961. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in any one District are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher/lower posts when notified.
