i. M.Ch./DNB in Genito Urinary Surgery OR M.Ch./DNB in Urology ii. Permanent Registration under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC)/ Council for Modern Medicine

1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. 2. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 3. Those who are appointed in the post should serve for four (4) years during the first ten (10) years of their service (including the period of training) anywhere in India or anyother foreign country under Defence Services connected with Defence, if required. Differently abled candidates and those who have completed 45 years of age are exempted from the above compulsory Military Service. 4. Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. 5. Candidates who create new Profile should upload their Photograph taken within a period of 6 months. 6. No application fee is required. 7. If written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile. 8. Candidates who have AADHAR card should add AADHAR Card as I.D Proof in their profile. 9. Special Instructions to Candidates regarding bogus claims and disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure.
