Method of appointment
Direct Recruitment. (From candidates belonging to Muslim, Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava communities only). Note: Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than those mentioned above will be summarily rejected. No individual rejection intimation will be given to such candidates.
Age Limit
20-39. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). (General conditions in paragraph 2(i) are included). (For other age relaxations, see Part-2 of the General Conditions, excluding paragraph 2(i)).
Qualifications
(1) Must have passed Pre-Degree or Plus Two with not less than 50% marks in Science subjects. (2) Must have passed two years Diploma Course in Blood Bank Technology conducted by Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology/Medical Colleges/Health Services.
Notes
Note: (1) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable. (2) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, qualifications declared as equivalent by the Government through executive orders or standing orders, and higher qualifications which have the prescribed qualifications as basic qualifications, will be accepted. Government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications must be produced when required by the Commission. (3) Candidates with Aadhar card should provide Aadhar card as identity proof in their profile. (4) If the caste/community claimed in the application is different from that recorded in the SSLC book, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Caste Certificate along with a Gazette notification regarding the change of caste must be produced at the time of certificate verification. (5) Candidates must read the General Conditions in Part II attached to the Gazette notification before submitting the application. Applications submitted contrary to the General Conditions will be rejected. (6) If a candidate submits an application by making false claims regarding education, experience, etc., the Kerala Public Service Commission will take action against them as per Rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure, including debarring them from applying for any job, cancelling their answer sheets in written exams, or dismissing them if already appointed.
