Direct Recruitment (Candidates belonging to Latin Catholic Community only) Note:- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to community other than L.C. will be rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be issued.
Age Limit
21-49; Only candidates born between 02/01/1965 and 01/01/1993 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions)
Qualifications
Senior Lecturer (i) Post Graduate Degree in the concerned discipline from a recognised University (Viz- MD/MS/DNB) (ii) Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore Cochin Medical Council) In the absence of candidates with the above qualification, candidates with (i) MBBS Degree from a recognised University (ii) Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore Cochin Medical Council) -will be considered for the post of Lecturer (Salary as per UGC Norms)
Notes
1. Rule 10 (a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 2. Above qualifications must be acquired on or before the last date of receipt of application 3. Provisional Registration with any Medical Council will not be accepted. 4. Those who are appointed in the post should serve for four (4) years during the first ten (10) years of their service (including the period of training) anywhere in India or any other foreign country under defence services connected with defence. Those who have completed 45 years of age are exempted from the above compulsory Military service. 5. DNB Qualification must be acquired from a Medical College which is recognised by any of the University in Kerala.
