Age Limit
18-36, Candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Usual age relaxation will be given to SC/ST and other backward communities.
Qualifications
1) Must have passed SSLC. 2) (a) Must possess KGTE/MGTE in Surveying and Levelling (Lower) and must have passed any two of the following subjects for KGTE/MGTE examination: (a) Building Drawing and Estimating (Lower) (b) Building Materials and Construction (Lower) (c) Earth Work and Road Making (Lower) (d) Hydraulics and Irrigation Engineering (Lower) (e) Mensuration (Lower) OR (b) Surveyor Trade Certificate obtained from the Director General of Employment and Training under the Draftsman Training Scheme. OR (c) ITI Certificate in Draftsman (Civil or Mechanical) trade. OR (d) Diploma in Agriculture and Rural Engineering from Kerala Agricultural University or equivalent qualification recognized by Kerala Agricultural University with not less than 2 years duration.
Notes
1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for this selection. 2. Candidates must possess the required qualifications as per executive orders or standing orders of the Government. Equivalent qualifications must be produced at the time of verification. 3. 4% of vacancies are reserved for Differently Abled candidates as per G.O(P)5/2023/SJD dated 01.10.2023. Candidates belonging to Blindness/Low vision category are eligible for this reservation. 4. Candidates must apply online through the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission (www.keralapsc.gov.in) after 'One Time Registration'. 5. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31/12/2013 with name and date of photo taken clearly recorded at the bottom. 6. Candidates must confirm their participation for the exam through their profile within the stipulated time to get the admission ticket. 7. Any false information regarding qualification, experience, caste, age, etc., will lead to rejection of application and further legal action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure.
