Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community of Kerala State only. In the absence of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community will be considered.)

18-41. Candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including relaxation as per general conditions).

i) Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent. ii) A pass in Nurse-cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala / A pass in Certificate Course in Homoeopathic Pharmacy conducted by the Government of Kerala / Equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

Note: (i) The vacancy is currently existing. A separate Ranked List will be prepared for the district in pursuance of this notification. The Ranked List thus prepared and published by the Commission, shall remain in force for a minimum period of three years from the date of effect of the NCA Ranked List or until candidates are advised and advised against the above reservation turn, whichever is earlier. (ii) Candidates belonging to the reservation community mentioned in this notification must apply for the district mentioned above and must record the name of the district in the specified column in the application. (iii) This is the fourth NCA notification as candidates from the mentioned community were not available for the first (Cat No. 113/2018), second (Cat No. 380/2019), and third (Cat No. 363/2020) notifications. (iv) In case of any change in caste/community mentioned in the SSLC book, candidates must claim the correct caste/community in the application and produce the original caste certificate issued by revenue authorities and the original gazette notification regarding the change at the time of One Time Verification. (v) Selection is district-wise as per GO (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. Candidates appointed from the district-wise ranked list are not allowed to transfer to any other district for five years from the date of commencement of service. After five years, any transfer will be subject to the provisions of Government Order (MS) 4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already working in the same post in Government service in any district are not eligible to apply, but can apply for higher/lower posts. (vi) Applications of candidates not belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe communities will be rejected without notice. (vii) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for selection to this post. (viii) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the Government Order proving the equivalence at the time of OTR verification. (ix) Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. The print out must be produced for any correspondence with the Commission. (x) If any false claim is made regarding education, experience, caste, age, etc., the application will be rejected unconditionally. Original documents must be produced when required by the Commission. (xi) For written/OMR/online exams, candidates must provide confirmation through their OTR profile. Only those who provide confirmation can download the admission ticket in the last 15 days before the exam date. Failure to provide confirmation will lead to rejection of the application. (xii) Candidates who provide confirmation but do not appear for the exam will be subject to disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976. (xiii) Candidates having Aadhar card must provide it as an identity document in their profile.
