By Transfer - Only from Last Grade/Ministerial employees of Kerala Water Authority. (Employees must be an approved probationer/full member in the concerned feeder category)

The upper age limit for direct recruitment is not applicable to this appointment.

Degree in any subject (KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a)ii is applicable)

1. Any recommendation for appointment to the above post, if found to be incorrect later, the Kerala Public Service Commission has the power to cancel the appointment recommendation. If the appointment recommendation is cancelled, the appointing authority must terminate the service of the candidate. However, the cancellation of the recommendation and termination of service will be within the period of the candidate's probation or 240 days after joining the job, whichever is completed first. 2. The Commission will conduct an eligibility test for qualified candidates, and only those who score not less than 40% marks will be included in the list for appointment. The names of lower-grade employees who have scored not less than 40% marks in the eligibility test conducted by the Commission and are eligible for LD Clerk appointment, but have not been appointed before the expiry of the rank list, will be included at the top of the next newly prepared rank list (without considering their length of service and seniority) and they will be given appointment accordingly. 3. Candidates applying for this post are not eligible for benefits for differently-abled persons. 4. Candidates must obtain a service certificate in the prescribed format from the superior authority and produce it when required by the Commission. 5. Candidates must confirm their participation in the written/OMR/online examination through their One Time Registration profile.
