Direct Recruitment from eligible employees belonging to Scheduled Caste, Muslim, Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian, OBC, Ezhava/Billava/Thiyya, and Viswakarma communities of the Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Bank Limited and belonging to community other than Scheduled Caste, Muslim, Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian, OBC, Ezhava/Billava/Thiyya, and Viswakarma will be rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued.

18 – 50 years. Only candidates born between 02/01/1975 and 01/01/2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

1. The employees of PACS and Urban Co-operative Bank, of and above the cadre of Assistant Secretary/ Secretary having 8 years service in the Societies of which 3 years will be in supervisory cadre. Such persons should be continuing in the service of the Member Society on the date of application and date of appointment. 2. Graduation from a UGC recognized University or National Institute established by Central Government or Institute established by Government of Kerala with not less than 60% of marks in the aggregate. 3.MBA (Finance/Banking)/ACA/ACMA/ACS/BSc(Co-operation & Banking of Kerala Agricultural University) will be perferential qualifications.

1. The above mentioned vacancies are now in existence. The Rank List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies ermarked for Scheduled Caste, Muslim, Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian, OBC, Ezhava/Billava/Thiyya, and Viswakarma communities but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 10.09.2025 for the above post notified under Category Number 434/2023. This is the First NCA notification issued due to non availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above communities. 2. The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a statewide basis. 5. Probation : Every person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for continuous period one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Note:- (i) The appointing authority may extend the period of probation for another two years to enable the appointing authority to decide whether the probationer is suitable for regularization or not. (ii) All other relevant provisions of Rule 184 of KCS Rules are also applicable. Note (Qualification): 1) Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. 2) The requirement that the employees should be in service of the Society on the date of appointment to the post in pursuance of this notification will not be applicable to those who were recruited through Kerala Public Service Commission to a post in the Kerala State Co-operative Bank Limited reserved for employees of the affiliated Primary Co-operative / Member Societies, provided they are continuing in service in that post. 3) In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification , the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the commission. 4) The eligible employees of PACS and Urban Co-operative Bank who apply for the above post should obtain the Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) showing the details of service of the applicant, which render them eligible to apply for the post and shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. The Service Certificate should be uploaded at the time of submitting application, failing which the application will not be accepted.
