19 - 44. Only candidates born between 2.1.1979 and 1.1.2004 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and other Backward Communities. 1. S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification. 2. (a) National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade with three years experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate. OR (b) National Apprenticeship Certificate in the appropriate trade with one year experience after obtaining the certificate. OR (c) Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering from a Government or Government recognized polytechnic or its equivalent qualification.

Note I: 1. One vacancy each of the Junior Instructor posts (Horticulture, Dress making, Mechanic Agricultural Machinery, Interior Design & Decoration, Fashion Design & Technology, Hospital House keeping , Plastic Processing Operator, Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant), Technician Medical Electronics, Digital Photographer, Architectural Draughtsman, Front Office Assistant, Lift & Escalator Mechanic, Technician Mechatronics, Driver cum Mechanic, Electroplater, ,Tool and Die Maker, Stenographer Secretarial Assistant (English), Wood Work Technician ,Painter(General))has been set apart due to the non availability of Differently Abled (DA) candidates belonging to Low Vision category (DA-LV) in the previous Ranked List. The said vacancy will be filled from the above category in the ranked list published as per this notification. In the absence of the said category, the same will be filled by advising candidates belonging to other DA categories as per section 34(2)of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 and in their absence from General Category from the ranked list published in response to this notification. 2. Vacancies of the Junior Instructor Posts (Stenographer Secretarial Assistant(English), Driver cum Mechanic, Electroplater, Mechanic Consumer Electronic Appliances, Cosmetology, Electrician, Wireman, Wood Work Technician) are now in existence. The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years, provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies noted above and also against the vacancies if any reported to the Commission during the currency of the list. Note II: 4 % of the total vacancies reported shall be reserved for eligible Differently Abled Candidates with disabilities as specified in GO (P) No. 5/2023/SJD dated 01/10/2023. Note III: (i) The experience gained by a Workshop Attender in the trade can also be deemed to be qualifying experience in the trade for selection to this post. (ii) Candidates belonging to SC/ST shall be exempted from the qualification of Experience prescribed for the post. Note IV: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
