20-39, Candidates should be born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included). Note: Candidates belonging to Technical Education, Public Works, Public Health Engineering, Industries, Architecture and Town Planning departments are eligible for age relaxation up to the length of their service, provided the upper age limit does not exceed 50 years as on 01.01.2021.

First Class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in the concerned branch from a recognized University after regular course of study. Note: Basic qualifications in order of preference: 1. Degree in Computer Engineering 2. Degree in Computer Technology

1. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce Government order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. 3. Candidates claiming reservation must produce Non-Creamy Layer/Caste Certificate along with Gazette notification for change of name if any at the time of verification. 4. Defense Service: Candidates appointed are liable to serve in the Defense services for a period of not less than 4 years including training period if required by the Government. This is not applicable to those who have completed 40 years of age. 5. 3% of vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates (Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy, Hearing impairment, Low vision) as per GO (P) No 61/2012/SWD dated 17-10-2012 and GO (P) No 9/2019/SJD dated 04-09-2019. 6. Candidates must register through One Time Registration on the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission. 7. Candidates must ensure that the photo uploaded is taken after 31/12/2011 with name and date clearly recorded at the bottom. 8. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the exam through their profile. 9. Candidates with Aadhar card should provide it as identity proof in their profile.
