112 (One Hundred and Twelve) The above vacancies are now in existence. The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies noted above and that may be reported to the Commission in writing during the period of currency of the list.

Age Limit

PWD/Irrigation : 18-37; Only candidates born between 01/01/1996 and 02/01/1977 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. SC, ST, OBC candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. Harbour Engineering/ Ground Water : 18-36; Only candidates born between 01/01/1996 and 02/01/1978 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. Qualifications

PWD/IRRIGATION Diploma in Civil Engineering of the Kerala University or Diploma recognised by Government as equivalent thereto. HARBOUR ENGINEERING Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years course) recognised by the Government of Kerala or any qualification equivalent thereto. GROUND WATER Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Notes

3% of the vacancies will be reserved for Physically Handicapped candidates (Category: Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment and Low Vision) for recruitment to the post as per GO (P) No.1/2013/SJD dated 03.01.2013 and GO(P)No.30/2013/SJD dated, 04.04.2013. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable.
