18-39. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) (including the relaxation for the mentioned reservation category).

a) SSLC or equivalent qualification. b) Not less than two years of work experience in the Coir industry.

1) The number of candidates to be included in the short list/probability list will be decided based on the availability of acceptable applications. 2) The vacancy mentioned is currently existing. The rank list prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy remaining unfilled due to the paucity of candidates belonging to the Muslim community in the rank list dated 07.08.2018 (Category No: 665/2014). This is the second NCA notification published due to the non-availability of qualified candidates from the mentioned community following the first NCA notification published as Category No. 171/2019 in the Gazette dated 15.10.2019. 3) Any advice/appointment made by the Kerala Public Service Commission for the post mentioned above will be cancelled if it is later found to be incorrect. If the advice is cancelled, the appointing authority must terminate the service of the candidate. However, the cancellation of advice and termination of service will be done within the probation period of the candidate or within 240 days of joining the job, whichever is earlier.
