18-39. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) (including age relaxation for the mentioned reservation category).

1. SSLC or equivalent qualification. 2. Not less than two years of work experience in the Coir industry.

1. The vacancy mentioned is currently existing. This is the second NCA notification published due to the non-availability of qualified candidates from the mentioned community in the first NCA notification (Gazette 503/2020 dated 31.12.2020) and the original rank list (Category No: 665/2014) which came into effect on 07.08.2018. 2. Any recommendation for appointment will be cancelled if it is later found to be incorrect. If the appointment recommendation is cancelled, the appointing authority must terminate the service of the candidate. However, such cancellation and termination will be within the candidate's probation period or within 240 days of joining, whichever is earlier. 3. OBC candidates must submit applications; applications from non-OBC candidates will be rejected without notice. 4. Experience must be acquired after obtaining the academic/basic qualification and before the last date for receipt of applications. 5. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a) ii is applicable for this selection. 6. Candidates must produce original documents for verification when required by the Commission. 7. False claims regarding qualifications or experience will lead to disciplinary/legal action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22.
