1 (One) The above vacancy is now in existence. The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies noted above and also against the vacancies if any reported to the Commission in writing during the currency of the list.

Age Limit
18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.1996 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities. (for other conditions regarding the age relaxation please see part II of the General Conditions Note:- Age relaxation will be allowed for Officers of Technical Education Department to the extent of their service in the Department, subject to a maximum period of ten years over and above the relaxation in age, if any allowed under general rules. In such cases, the maximum age shall not exceed fifty years.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Technology awarded by a University/Government after undergoing regular course of study for not less than three years or its equivalent.
Notes
Note:- Three percentage (3%) of the vacancies are reserved to the physically Handicapped persons. [Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy,Hearing impairment (for the post of Workshop Instructor), Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy,Hearing impairment, Low vision (for the post of Demonstrator) as per G.O.(P) No.1/13/SJD dated 03.01.2013.] Before applying for the post, candidates should register as per “ONE TIME REGISTRATION” Scheme through the Official website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in. Those who have already registered can apply by logging in to their profile using his/her User-ID and Password. No application fee is required.
