Age Limit
18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Communities. (For other conditions regarding age relaxation please see Para 2 of the General Conditions.)
Qualifications
(a) Ability to read and write Malayalam or Tamil or Kannada. (b) National Trade Certificate in Blacksmith issued by NCVT. (GO(P) No.9/89/CAD Dated 01.03.1989)
