1. 596/2021: By Transfer Appointment. (From eligible employees of the Scheduled Caste Development Department through the Public Service Commission) 2. 597/2021: Direct Recruitment (In the absence of eligible employees for By Transfer appointment only)
Age Limit
(1) By Transfer Appointment: Must have completed 18 years of age as on 01.01.2021. Upper age limit is not applicable. (2) Direct Recruitment (18 – 36): Candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes are eligible for usual age relaxation. For conditions regarding age relaxation please see Para 2 of the General Conditions.
Qualifications
1. 596/2021 (By Transfer Appointment): Three year Engineering Diploma in the concerned trade obtained from any recognized Polytechnic in Kerala or equivalent qualification. 2. 597/2021 (Direct Recruitment): Three year Engineering Diploma in the concerned trade obtained from any recognized Polytechnic in Kerala or equivalent qualification.
Notes
1. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce Government Order to prove equivalency at the time of Certificate Verification, failing which such qualification shall not be considered. 3. If the caste/community claimed by the candidate in the application differs from the entry in the SSLC Book, then the Gazette notification regarding such change along with Non Creamy Layer/Community Certificate shall be produced at the time of Certificate Verification.
