18-39. Candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including the relaxation for the mentioned reservation category). Note: Candidates who have worked provisionally in the said establishment and were within the prescribed age limit at the time of their first provisional appointment are eligible for age relaxation up to the extent of their provisional service, subject to a maximum of five years. This benefit is not available to those who are currently working as regular employees in the establishment. Candidates with provisional service must obtain a certificate showing the duration of their service and produce it when required by the Commission. The certificate must explicitly state that they were not working in a regular capacity.

1) Diploma in Draftsmanship or ITI Certificate in the relevant trade. 2) One year experience in Designing or Drawing in a Government establishment or in an establishment registered under the Indian Companies Act.

1) The vacancy is currently existing. The Ranked List prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for the above community, which remained unfilled due to the paucity of qualified Muslim candidates in the Ranked List dated 18/03/2022 (Cat. No. 388/18). 2) Any advice/appointment made by the Kerala Public Service Commission for the above post will be liable to cancellation if it is later found to be incorrect. The appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate immediately upon cancellation of the advice. However, such cancellation and termination shall be within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining, whichever is earlier. 3) Differently abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post. 4) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a) ii is applicable. 5) Practical experience must be acquired after acquiring the basic/academic qualification and before the last date for submission of application. 6) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, qualifications declared by the Government as equivalent to the prescribed educational qualification, and higher qualifications for which the prescribed qualification is a basic qualification, shall be accepted. Government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications must be produced when required by the Commission. 7) The authenticity of experience certificates will be verified, and legal action will be taken against candidates submitting fake certificates. 8) Candidates must upload the scanned image of the experience certificate in the prescribed format. 9) All experience certificates must be certified by the concerned Controlling Officer/Head of Office of the Government. 10) For details regarding experience, refer to paragraphs 19, 20 & 21 of the General Conditions. 11) The nature of the job, i.e., whether casual laborer, apprentice (paid or unpaid), permanent or temporary, must be specified in the experience certificate.
