18-50 Only candidates born between 02.01.1971 and 01.01.2003(both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (including the relaxation as per para 2 of the General Conditions).

1. Pass in Standard VII(New) or its equivalent Examination. 2. Not less than 3 years service in the Armed forces viz. Army/ Navy/ Air Force 3. Knowledge of Cycling 4. Height : 168 cms 5. Chest : Normal 81cm with minimum 5cm expansion Note: Women are not eligible to apply for the post.

(i) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this Notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy notified due to paucity of candidates belonging to ST during the currency of the Mother Ranked List (Cat No 291/07) published on 16/10/2012 or three years from the date of publication of this NCA Ranked List whichever is earlier. This is the Fifth NCA Notification published due to the non- availability of candidates as per issuance of 1st NCA Notification in the Gazette dated 25/11/2014 as Cat No 483/14, 2nd NCA Notification in Gazette dated 30/12/2016 as Cat No 510/2016 , 3rd NCA Notification in Gazette dated 15/11/2019 as Cat No 249/2019 & 4th NCA Notification in Gazette dated 15/12/2020 as Cat No.351/2020 . (ii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advise was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. (1) Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. (2) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. (3) If the caste of a candidate is wrongly mentioned in the SSLC book, the candidate should claim their original caste in the application and should produce the Community certificate issued from the revenue authority concerned along with the Gazette Notification in this regard at the time of certificate verification. (4) Appropriate disciplinary actions as per KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976, Rule 22 shall be initiated against those candidates, who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc. and submit confirmation for writing examination irrespective of whether they are present or absent for the examination .
