i MD/DNB in Pathology ii One Year Experience as Senior Resident in Pathology in a NMC Recognized Medical College after acquiring Post Graduate Degree iii Permanent Registration under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC)/ Council for Modern Medicine Note: 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. 2. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 3. Those who are appointed in the post should serve for four (4) years during the first ten (10) years of their service (including the period of training) anywhere in India or anyother foreign country under Defence Services connected with Defence, if required. Differently abled candidates and those who have completed 45 years of age are exempted from the above compulsory Military Service.

1. The Ranked list published as per this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above mentioned community but remain unfilled and also against vacancies that may arise due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 29.07.2024 (Category No:334/2023, Gazette Date: 16.10.2023) 2. Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. 3. Candidates who create new Profile should upload their Photograph taken within a period of 6 months. Name of the candidate and the date of photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion. 4. No application fee is required. 5. Candidates are advised to keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference. 6. If written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile. 7. Candidates who have AADHAR card should add AADHAR Card as I.D Proof in their profile. 8. In the case of difference in Caste/Community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette Notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification. 9. Candidates are required to acquaint themselves with the instructions given in the notification as Part II, General Conditions before submitting application for the post. 10. Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc.
