Age Limit
18 – 39. Candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/Other Backward Communities. Note: Candidates who are working in the said institution on a temporary basis will be given age relaxation to the extent of their service, but in no case shall the upper age limit exceed 50 years. This concession will not be available to those who are working in the institution on a regular basis. Those in provisional service should obtain a certificate showing the length of their service and produce it when required by the Commission. It should be specifically mentioned in the certificate that they were not in regular service.
Qualifications
Degree in Commerce. (As per GO(MS)No. 526/PD dated 17/07/1965, degrees/diplomas awarded by Universities recognized by the UGC or established by law passed by Parliament/State Legislatures are acceptable for appointment to Government service.)
Notes
1) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. 2) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, qualifications declared as equivalent by the Government or higher qualifications than those prescribed in the notification will be accepted. The Government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications should be produced when required by the Commission. 3) Candidates should read the General Conditions in Part II of the Gazette notification along with this notification before applying. Applications submitted against the general conditions will be rejected. 4) If any false claim is made regarding educational qualification, experience, etc., the candidate will be liable for disciplinary action by the Kerala Public Service Commission as per Rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure, including debarment from applying for any post, cancellation of candidature, or dismissal from service if already appointed.
