Candidates belonging to other backward communities and SC/ST are eligible for usual age relaxation. 1. Plus Two in Science subjects. 2. Must have passed a Degree in Cardiac Lab Technology from a recognized University or equivalent qualification. OR Must have passed a Diploma in Cardiac Lab Technology with two years experience in the concerned field from a Government Medical College / SCTIMST / Government Health Services / Central Government Institutions including Defense / Railways / ESI. 3. Registration with Kerala Paramedical Council.

Note: The Ranked list prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. Provided that the said list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked list is published after the expiry of the minimum period of one year. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies reported during the period of currency of the Ranked list. Note: 1. KS & SSR Part II - Rule 10(a) ii is applicable. Note: In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, qualifications declared as equivalent by the Government through executive orders or standing orders, and qualifications determined by the Commission as equivalent to the qualifications prescribed in the Special Rules, and higher qualifications in the same subject as the basic qualification, shall be accepted. Government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced at the time of requirement by the Commission. Note: Candidates should produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Caste Certificate along with the Gazette Notification regarding change of name if any, at the time of certificate verification if the caste/community mentioned in the application is different from that in the SSLC book. Note: Candidates should read the General Conditions included as Part II along with the Gazette Notification before submitting the application. Applications submitted against the general conditions will be rejected. Note: If any false information regarding education, experience, etc. is provided in the application, the candidate will be liable for disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure, including debarment from applying for any job, cancellation of answer scripts in written exams, cancellation of items produced in practical exams, removal from service if already appointed, dismissal, or other appropriate legal actions.
