18-36. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other backward communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.

A degree in MCA/B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) / M.Sc (Computer Science) from a UGC recognized University or from a National Institute established by the Central Government or from an institution recognized by the Government of Kerala or equivalent qualification. 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a) ii is applicable. 2. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of the Government as equivalent to a qualification specified in the Special Rules and such of those higher qualifications which produce the prescribed qualification as basic qualification shall be accepted. The Government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced when required by the Commission. 3. Probation: The provisions regarding probation in the special rules of the post are applicable. 4. Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. 5. Candidates who have Aadhar Card should add Aadhar Card as ID proof in their profile. 6. Confirmation for writing the examination is mandatory. 7. Candidates are advised to keep a soft copy/print out of the application for future use. 8. Applications submitted without complying with the notification conditions will be rejected.
