18 – 45. Candidates must have been born between 02/01/1976 and 01/01/2003 (both dates included). Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. (For conditions regarding age relaxation please see Part II, Para 2 of the General Conditions). Note: Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (Fifty) years subject to the usual relaxations allowed in this notification and Part II of the General Conditions (Para 2). Relaxation in upper age limit will be allowed to those who have got provisional appointment through Employment Exchange in the 29 Co-operative institutions mentioned in G.O (P) No. 41/98 dated 09/03/1998 (whether continuing in service or retrenched from service) to the extent of their service put in, subject to a maximum period of five years. But this concession will be available only to appointment on regular basis once. Those who have already obtained regular basis appointment cannot avail of this concession. Applicants claiming this concession should produce a certificate (in original) showing the name of the post held, scale of pay, department/institution, date of joining and date of relief from the temporary post, issued by the Head of Department/Office or Appointing Authority concerned of the Co-operative institutions concerned, as and when called for by the Commission. Such certificate should explicitly state that the applicant was not working in the Co-operative institution on regular service.

1) B.Tech, MBA recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala, and 12 years experience. Note: 1) Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable to this selection. 2) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned, subject to the terms and conditions of G.O.(P) No. 139/1957/Edn., dated 16.12.1957. 3) In the case of difference in caste/community claimed in the application and that entered in S.S.L.C book, the candidate shall produce Original Gazette notification and relevant Revenue authority/Non Creamy Layer certificate issued at the time of application stage/certificate verification stage in support of the claim. 4) Candidates must upload Experience Certificate at the time of submission of application itself, otherwise the application will be rejected. (2) All Experience Certificates shall be countersigned by the Competent Authority/Head of the Office of the Government. The genuineness of the certificate will be subjected to verification and legal action will be taken against those who issue and produce bogus certificates. (3) Candidates who possess the required experience and whose experience certificates are not available due to COVID-19 pandemic situation shall upload a declaration in the specified format.

1) The vacancies reported for this post shall be filled up by dividing the same in the ratio 1:1 between General Category (Part I) and Society Category (Part II). The first turn goes to General Category. Vacancies set apart for Society Category will be notified separately as Part II. Rule 14 to 17 of KS&SSR 1958 will be followed for appointment from both lists. 2) The Ranked List published in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years provided that the said list will not continue to be in force if a new list is published after the expiry of the minimum period of one year. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies noted and also against the vacancies if any reported to the Commission during the currency of the list. Inspite of the fact that the ranked list is valid for upto 3 years, no advice shall be made after the expiry of one year from the date of publication of the ranked list if there is no candidate belonging to that list eligible for appointment or until a fresh list is published whichever is earlier. 3) The selection to the above post will be in statewide manner. 4) Persons appointed to the post shall be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year on duty within a continuous period of 2 years from the date of joining service as per Section 184 of KCS. (a) Candidates who are included in the profile through One Time Registration should access their profile for submitting application. (b) If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. (c) Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976 shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification, experience etc., and subsequently give confirmation for writing the examination, irrespective of whether they attend or not. (d) Candidates who have Aadhar Card should enter null or Aadhar Card as ID proof in their profile.
