20-39. Only candidates born between 02/01/1983 and 01/01/2002 (both dates included). [Including the relaxation as per para (2)(i) of General Conditions] [For other conditions regarding age relaxation, please see Para 2 of the General Conditions, except para 2(i)] Note :- In the case of those members belonging to Scheduled Castes who had converted to Christianity after adult age and their children, the upper age limit shall be 41 years. Such candidates should be born between 02/01/1981 and 01/01/2002.(Both dates included.) [For other conditions regarding age relaxation, please see para 2 of the General Conditions, except para 2(i)]

Degree in Agriculture Note:- 1 The qualification proposed for direct recruitment shall be one acquired after undergoing a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or recognized as equivalent there to by any of the Universities in Kerala. 2 KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable. 3 Qualifications approved by Government as equivalent to the notified qualification by executive order/standing order and higher qualification for which the notified qualification is the mandatory basic qualification are also accepted. The relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency/higher qualifications shall be produced at the time of verification. 4 The Degrees/Diplomas awarded by UGC approved Universities or Institutions established through an act passed by the Parliament/State Legislative Assembly in accordance with the condition laid down in G.O.(M.S)No.526/PD dated 17/07/1965 are acceptable for appointment in Government Services 5 In the case of difference in original Caste/Community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate / Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification.

Note :- Applications of candidates belonging to communities other than Scheduled Castes Converts to Christianity will be summarily rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be issued to them. Mode of submitting Application:- (a ) Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their User-ID and Password. Candidates must click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post. The Photograph uploaded should be taken after 31.12.2012. Candidates who are creating profile from 01.01.2022 onwards, must upload photograph which is taken within 6 months. Name of the candidate and the date of photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile.They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Candidates are advised to keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference. Candidates can take the printout of the application by clicking on the link 'My applications' in their profile. All correspondences with the Commission, regarding the application should be accompanied with the print out of the application. The application will be summarily rejected if non-compliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Original documents to prove qualification, age, Community etc. have to be produced as and when called for. (b) If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Such candidates alone can generate and download the Admission Tickets prior to 15 days of Test. The applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period, will be rejected absolutely. The periods regarding the submission of confirmation and the availability of Admission Tickets will be published in the Examination Calendar itself. Information in this regard will be given to the candidates in their profiles and in the mobile phone number registered in it. (c) One or more of the following legal action will be taken under KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22 against those candidate who make false claims about qualifications such as education, experience etc - shall be disqualified from being considered for any job for which they are applying /prohibit from sending application to Kerala PSC permanently or for a fixed period of time/cancel the answer script materials made in practical examination/take legal action or disciplinary action/remove or dismiss from the service if they were appointed. (d) Candidates are directed to go through Part II of the General conditions before submitting the application. The application will be summarily rejected if it is submitted in contrary to the terms laid down in General conditions. (e) Candidates who have ADHAAR card should add ADHAAR Card as I.D Proof in their profile.
