18-36. Candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. SC/ST and other backward communities are eligible for usual age relaxation. (For age relaxation rules, refer to paragraph 2 of the General Conditions in Part-II of the Gazette).

1. Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination. 2. (a) Diploma in Printing Technology from a recognized institution. OR (b) (i) Must have passed KGTE/MGTE in Machine Work (Lower). OR VHSE in Printing Technology or equivalent qualification, AND (ii) Two years of work experience in Offset Printing Machine from a reputed printing establishment.

1. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable. 2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce the equivalency certificate/government order at the time of certificate verification. 3. Candidates claiming a different caste/community in the application than what is recorded in the SSLC book must produce a Gazette notification regarding the name change along with the Non-Creamy Layer/Caste certificate at the time of document verification. 4. Probation: The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous service period of three years from the date of joining. 5. Experience certificate must be in the prescribed format provided in the notification. 6. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31/12/2011 with the name and date of taking the photo clearly recorded at the bottom. 7. Confirmation for the examination is mandatory for those who have applied. 8. Aadhaar card should be provided as an identity document in the profile.
