By Transfer (From qualified employees of the General Education Department working as Clerk, Typist, Attender, Office Attendant, Binder, etc., who have completed the prescribed service).

(1) A Degree in Mathematics or Statistics from any of the Universities in Kerala or recognized as equivalent thereto. Additionally, a B.Ed/BT degree in the concerned subject from any of the Universities in Kerala or recognized as equivalent thereto. (2) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala.

1. Candidates must apply online through the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in. 2. In the absence of qualified candidates for appointment by transfer, vacancies will be filled from the ranked list prepared for direct recruitment. 3. Candidates must be a full member or an approved probationer in the Kerala General Education Subordinate Service as of the date of application. 4. Separate ranked lists will be prepared for each district. The list will remain in force for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years. 5. Selection is district-wise as per G.O.(MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. Inter-district transfer is not allowed for five years from the date of commencement of service. 6. Candidates must apply to only one district. Applying to more than one district will lead to rejection of applications. 7. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a) ii is applicable. 8. Candidates must have completed not less than five years of service in the General Education Department as Clerk, Typist, Attender, Office Attendant, or Binder as of the date of application. 9. A service certificate in the prescribed format must be obtained from the Head of Office/Department and produced when required by the Commission.
