Direct Recruitment.(from candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Community only) Note : ST Candidates will be considered in the absence of SC candidates. Applications submitted by candidates other than those belonging to SC/ST will be summarily rejected. No individual rejection memo will be issued.

18-41. Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General conditions. For other conditions regarding the age relaxation, please see Para 2 of the General Conditions.)

(1) Pass in Standard VII (New) or its equivalent qualifications. (2) Two years experience as Mazdoor/Helper in the operation of diamond core drilling in Central/ State organizations/Public Sector undertakings.

Note :- The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this Notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above mentioned community but remained unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked list published on 31.08.2007 for the post (Category No. 35/06) or three years from the date of publication of this NCA Ranked list whichever is earlier. This is the Seventh NCA notification for this post due to the non availability of qualified candidates as per the 1st NCA notification published in the Gazette Dated: 10.04.2008 as Cat.No.173/08, 2nd NCA notification published in the Gazette Dated: 29.05.2009 as Cat.No.201/09, 3rd NCA notification published in the Gazette Dated: 30.04.12 as Cat.No.154/12, 4th NCA notification published in the Gazette Dated: 13.05.2014 as Cat. No.225/14, 5th NCA notification published in the Gazette Dated: 10.09.2015 as Cat. No.249/15 and 6th NCA notification published in the Gazette Dated: 30.08.2016 as Cat. No. 263/16. 1. Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 2. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. 3. In the case of difference in original caste/ community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification. 4. Candidates who claim experience qualification should obtain experience certificate in the format given in Annexure itself and enter details regarding experience (certificate number, date, name of post, period, issuing authority, name of institution etc) and upload scanned image of the same/ declaration (In the case of candidates who have possessed the required experience but have not obtained the experience certificate due to prevailing pandemic situation restrictions) in the profile to make submission of application possible. Candidates should produce the experience certificate as and when called for the same by the Commission. Probation : Every person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which he joins duty, be on probation for a total period of two years of duty within a continuous period of three years. NB: The veracity of the experience certificate will be subjected to scrutiny and legal actions will be initiated against those who issue or produce bogus certificate.
