Direct Recruitment from among the eligible employees belonging to Scheduled Caste, Muslim, Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian, OBC Communities of the Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Limited.

18 – 50 years. Only candidates born between 02/01/1974 and 01/01/2006 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

1. Must have 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Limited. Candidates selected under this Category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment to the new post. 2. Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. 3. Should have studied Hindi at least up to +2 level. 4. Typewriting English (Lower) KGTE OR Successful completion of a course not less than six months duration in Computer Application recognized by State or Central Government.

1. The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked to the above mentioned Communities but remains unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 09.04.2021 for the above post notified under Category No. 387/2018. This is the Third NCA notification issued due to non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above communities in response to the First NCA notification (Gazette dated : 15/12/2021, Category No. 628/2021 – 631/2021) and the Second NCA Notification (Gazette dated: 15.06.2023 Category No. 112/2023 – 115/2023) 2. The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a statewide basis. 3. Candidates who are appointed as Sales Assistant Grade II by Direct Recruitment through Kerala Public Service Commission will have to work in showrooms outside Kerala. 4. Probation: Every person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for continuous period one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Conditions of the institution are also applicable. 5. Application submitted by candidates who are not regular employees of member societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Limited. and who belong to communities other than Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe, Muslim, Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian, OBC will be rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection will not be issued to such candidates. 6. In the absence of candidates belonging to scheduled caste community, candidates belonging to scheduled Tribe community will also be considered. 7. Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. 8. The requirement that the employees should be in service of the Society on the date of appointments will not be applicable to those who were recruited through Kerala Public Service Commission to a post in the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Limited received for employees of the affiliated Co-operative Societies provided they are continuing in service in that post. 9. In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the commission. 10. The eligible employees of Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Ltd who apply for the above post should obtain the Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) showing the details of service of the applicant, which render them eligible to apply for the post and shall be produced when required by the Commission. The Service Certificate should be uploaded at the time of submitting application. Otherwise the application will not be accepted.
