19-42; ie, only candidates born between 02/01/1971 and 01/01/1994 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. Including relaxation in para 2(i) of the General Conditions. (For conditions regarding the other age relaxations please see Para 2 of the General Conditions, except Para 2 (i)

(a) Diploma in Engineering of the Kerala University or any other Diploma considered as equivalent thereto by the Government of Kerala. OR (b) Licentiate in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnics at Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kalamassery or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by the Government of Kerala. 2. Proficiency in drawing. Note:- Proficiency in the preparation of Architectural drawings shall be judged on the basis of a practical test in Architectural drafting and free hand drawing to be conducted at the time of selection.

In the absence of SC candidates, applications submitted by ST candidates will be considered. Applications of candidates other than SC/ST will be rejected and no rejection memo will be issued to them individually. Mode of Submitting Applications: Candidates must register as per ‘ONE TIME REGISTRATION’ with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their User-ID and password. Candidates must click on the ‘Apply Now’ button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post. No application fee is required. Candidates can view and have a printout of the details in the profile by clicking the link Registration Card. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Applications once submitted will be received as provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The application will be summarily rejected if noncompliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove qualification, Experience, Community, age etc have to be produced as and when called for.
