Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to SIUC Nadar community only). Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than the notified reservation community will be rejected without any notice. No separate rejection memo will be sent.

18-39, Candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including the relaxation as per general conditions). Note: In no case, the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 years.

1. S.S.L.C or equivalent qualification. 2. Must have three years of experience as a Warden in a hostel recognized by the Social Justice Department.

(i) Candidates must submit applications online only through the Commission's website www.keralapsc.gov.in. Applications submitted otherwise will be summarily rejected. (ii) A ranked list will be prepared for Palakkad district. The ranked list thus prepared and published by the Commission shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the ranked list published for the post. (iii) Candidates should submit applications for the post to Palakkad district where the vacancy is existing for their community and note the name of that district in the relevant column of the online application. (iv) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a district-wise basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O.(MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A person appointed to this post from the ranked list prepared on a district-wise basis will not be allowed to transfer to another district for a period of five years from the date of commencement of service. After five years, if a transfer is allowed to another district, it will be subject to the rules in G.O.(MS) No. 4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in government service holding the same post in any district are not eligible to apply for this notification. However, they can apply for higher posts. (v) If a caste/community claimed in the application is different from that recorded in the S.S.L.C. book, the candidate must produce a Gazette notification and a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate from the Revenue Authority at the time of One Time Verification or as required by the Commission. (vi) Women are not eligible to apply for this post. (vii) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for selection to this post. (viii) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce the Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. (ix) Candidates claiming experience must upload a scanned image of the experience certificate in the prescribed format. The certificate must contain details like certificate number, date, name of the post, period, name of the issuing authority, and name of the institution. The original certificate must be produced when required by the Commission.
