Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste converted to Christianity (SCCC) community of Kerala State only).

18-39. Candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste converted to Christianity (SCCC) and their children are eligible for upper age relaxation up to 41 years. They should be born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included). [Including relaxation as per Para 2(I) of General Conditions].

(i) S.S.L.C. or equivalent qualification. (ii) Certificate in Nurse-cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala or Certificate in Homoeopathic Pharmacy Course conducted by the Government of Kerala or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

1. The vacancies are currently in existence. A separate Ranked List will be prepared for the district in pursuance of this notification. The Ranked List thus prepared and published by the Commission, shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the district. 2. Candidates belonging to the above-mentioned reservation community shall submit application for the district where the vacancy is noted and shall note the name of that district in the relevant column of the application. 3. The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a District-wise basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O.(MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one district from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district for a period of five years from the date of commencement of service. Request for transfer after five years will be considered subject to the rules contained in G.O.(MS) No.4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are not eligible to apply for this post. However, they can apply for higher/lower posts when notified. 4. Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than those included in the reservation community will be summarily rejected without any intimation. 5. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for this selection. 6. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31/12/2013 with the name of the candidate and the date of taking the photo clearly printed at the bottom. The uploaded photo will be valid for 10 years from the date of taking. New candidates must upload a photo taken within 6 months. 7. No application fee is required. 8. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. 9. Candidates must produce original documents to prove qualification, experience, caste, age, etc., whenever required by the Commission. 10. Candidates having Aadhar card should provide it as an identity proof in their profile. 11. If a written/OMR/Online test is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who submit confirmation will be issued admission tickets. The list of candidates who have submitted confirmation will be published in the examination programme. Admission tickets will be available for download 15 days before the exam date. 12. Candidates must produce the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Caste Certificate along with the Gazette notification regarding caste change at the time of certificate verification if the caste/community mentioned in the application differs from that in the SSLC book. 13. Any false claim made in the application regarding qualification, experience, etc., will result in disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure 1976.
