Age Limit
18-36. Candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. [Subject to the relaxations in General Conditions Clause 2(i)]. Note: The upper age limit shall not exceed 50 years.
Qualifications
i) Must have passed 7th standard, but should not have acquired any degree. ii) Must be an Ex-Serviceman. Note: i) KS & SSR Rule 10 (a) ii, Part II is applicable. ii) Service in BSF, DSC, Assam Rifles, GREF, Jammu & Kashmir Militia, Lok Sahayak Sena etc. is not considered as military service. iii) Ex-Servicemen who have obtained Military Graduation Certificate as per G.O(P)No.5/2018/P&ARD dated 19.04.2018 are eligible to apply. iv) Personnel of the Territorial Army, namely, pension holders for continuous embodied service or broken spell of qualifying service; Gallantry award winners of the Armed forces including personnel of Territorial Army; Ex-recruits boarded out or relieved on medical ground and granted medical disability pension are considered as Ex-Servicemen.
Notes
Probation: A person appointed to this post shall be on probation for a period of one year on duty within a continuous period of three years from the date of joining. Reservation: 4% of fresh vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates as per G.O(P) No.7/2022/SJD dated 28.10.2022. General: Candidates must submit applications to the district mentioned in the notification. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31/12/2013. For candidates who created their profile after 01.01.2022, the photo must be taken within 6 months. The name and date of the photo must be clearly marked. The photo is valid for 10 years. No application fee. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the application. Candidates must produce original documents when required by the Commission. Aadhaar card should be provided as identity proof in the profile. If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation through their profile. Failure to submit confirmation will lead to rejection of the application. Candidates must read the general conditions in Part II of the notification.
