Four (4) Note:- Three percentage (3%) of the vacancies are reserved to the Physically Handicapped persons (Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy, Low vision.) as per G.O.(P) No.61/2012/SWD dated 17.10.2012. The above vacancies are now in existence. The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies noted above and the vacancies that may be reported to the Commission in writing during the period of currency of the list.

Age Limit
20 -39 Only candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.1994 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (For conditions regarding age relaxations, please see para 2 of General Conditions). Note:- Officers of the Technical Education Department, Public Works Department, Public Health Engineering Department, Industries Department, Architecture and Town Planning department may also apply. They will be allowed age relaxation to the extent of their service in those departments. (Maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years as on 01.01.2014.)
Qualifications
First Class Master's Degree in Commerce from a recognised University after undergoing a regular course of study and Diploma in Commercial Practice. Note : Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.
Notes
Liability to serve in Defence Services: Persons appointed to the post shall be liable, not withstanding that at the time of requisition they are holding higher appointments, to serve for a minimum period of four years (including period spent in training) in the Defense services or on assignments relating to Defense efforts anywhere in India or abroad, if so required. The liability to serve in the Defense Services will be limited to the first 10 years of service and will not ordinarily apply to persons above 40 years of age.
