Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe Community only). (In the absence of Candidates belonging to ST Community, candidates belonging to SC Community will be considered) Note: The application submitted by candidates belonging Communities other than ST/SC will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will issued them individually.

18-41, Only candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Note: The provisional hands working in the above concern will be given age relaxation to the extent of their provisional service put in subject to a maximum of five years from the upper age limit provided they are within the prescribed age limit on the date of their first appointment in the above concern. But the regular employees of the concern are not eligible for the above concession for further appointment. The provisional hands should obtain a certificate showing the period of their provisional service in the concern and shall produce the same as and when required by the Commission. It would also be clearly specified in the Certificate that they were not working in the regular service of the concern. (For other conditions regarding the age relaxations please see para 2(i), (ii), (iii), (iv) & (xii) of the General Conditions).

1) A Pass in Standard VII (New) or its Equivalent. 2) Minimum of five years service in the Defence Force.

i) The number of candidates to be included in the Short List/Probability List of the above post will be decided as per the availability of admitted applications. ii) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for above community, but remains unfilled due to the paucity of candidate and further against such vacancy that may occur during the currency of the Ranked List published on 25/05/2011 (Category No. 029/2008) or three years from the date of Publication of this NCA ranked list whichever is earlier. This Fourth NCA notification is due to the absence of qualified candidates of above Community as per the First NCA Notification (Gazette dated 16/07/2012, Cat No. 384/2012), Second NCA Notification (Gazette dated 30/12/2016, Cat No. 509/2016),Third NCA Notification (Gazette dated 24/09/2018, Cat No. 170/2018). iii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidates, provided that the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. Note:- 1) Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II KS &SSR is applicable for this selection. 2) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. 3) In the case of difference in original caste/community claimed in the applications and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce Gazette notification in this regard along with Non creamy Layer certificate/caste certificate at the time of certificate Verification.
