(For Scheduled Caste Community) Note:-하겠습니다. In no case the upper age limit shall exceed 50 years except the condition mentioned in Para 2(i) of the General Conditions.

1. DM/ M.Ch/ DNB in concerned subject. 2. Three years teaching experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. 3. Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore-Cochin Medical Council). Note: 1. The provisional period of postgraduate study of candidates who have obtained PG Degree through Residency Programme shall be counted as teaching experience for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor. Candidates who have obtained PG Degree without Residency Programme should produce a certificate from the Principal of the College where they have studied, to the effect that they have got teaching/clinical experience during the PG study period. 2. Persons appointed to this post should render compulsory national service for a period of 4 years (including period of training) in the Armed Forces or in Defence Service connected with Defence, anywhere in India or abroad, within the first 10 years (including period of training) of their service. This compulsory military service is not applicable to those who have completed 45 years of age and to those belonging to differently abled categories. 3. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified shall alone be accepted by the Commission. 4. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable.

Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order / equivalency certificate (if already published) proving equivalency at the time of verification, failing which such qualification will not be considered. In the case of difference in caste/community noted in the application and that entered in the SSBL, the candidate shall produce a Gazette Notification along with Non-Creamy Layer Certificate / Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification. Candidates claiming experience qualification should obtain experience certificate in the specified format and upload scanned image / declaration. The certificate should contain details like certificate number, date, name of post, period, name and designation of issuing authority etc. (A) Candidates must register as per 'One Time Registration' with the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in' before applying. (B) Candidates who have registered shall submit application through their profile using their User ID and password. (C) Affirmation (Confirmation) should be submitted through One Time Registration profile for writing the examination if any. (D) Aadhaar card should be given as ID proof in the profile.
